Plans and limits
Two things decide whether a call succeeds: whether your plan includes that capability, and whether you have calls left this month. Both are checked on our servers before anything reaches Google, so the answer is the same no matter which assistant is asking.
What does the free plan include?
Enough to do real work before deciding anything.
- 100 tool calls per month. The allowance resets monthly. No card, no trial clock.
- Read-only. Reporting, audits, search term analysis, recommendations, change history. Nothing in your accounts can change.
- The full read surface. Free does not mean a crippled demo: a Google Ads audit on the free plan is the same audit.
One call is one tool invocation, not one message. A question that needs three lookups spends three calls, so a normal audit conversation costs more than one.
What do paid plans unlock?
- Write access. Budget and campaign management: adjust budgets and bids, pause or enable campaigns and ad groups, apply negative keywords, edit ad copy, and build new campaigns.
- Higher call quotas. Room for daily monitoring and multi account work rather than an occasional check.
- More of the stack. Higher tiers extend past Google Ads into GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and YouTube in one subscription.
Current pricing lives in one place so it can never be stale here: see https://advisorppc.com, or the pricing page on this host. This documentation deliberately quotes no prices.
How is the quota enforced?
Per call, on our servers, before the provider API is touched.
- Every tool call is counted against your tenant for the current month.
- Before a call runs, we check your plan for that capability and your remaining allowance.
- If either check fails, the call is denied and nothing is sent to Google. A denial is never a partial or half applied change.
- The denial comes back as a clear message rather than an error code: what was refused, why, and the upgrade path that would allow it. Your assistant can read that and tell you in plain language.
The two denials you are most likely to see are the monthly allowance being exhausted, and a write tool being requested on a read-only plan. Both are described on the troubleshooting page.
Why are write tools hidden on the free plan?
Because an assistant that can see a tool will eventually try it. On a read-only plan the write tools are not advertised at all, so the model does not propose an action you cannot take and then fail halfway through. When you upgrade, they appear. It is the honest version of a paywall: you are told what a plan does before a call, not after one.
Changing or cancelling
Plans are managed from your AdvisorPPC dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, so the tools a higher plan includes appear in your next assistant session. Cancelling returns the account to the free read-only tier rather than cutting off access, so your reporting keeps working. Billing and plan questions go to contact@advisorppc.com, while anything technical goes to support@advisorppc.com. Both are listed on the support page.
